This week, all of the amazing community building work the children in Nitzanim v’Anafim (“Buds” for 1st-2nd grades and “Branches” for 3rd grade) have been doing culminated in a fabulously colorful community agreement!
Then, children chose out ceramic tiles to create our border. They carefully spread the special tile adhesive (“It’s like spreading nutella on bread!”) on their tiles, and added them on to each mirror as their “signature,” showing that they agree to care for each other, themselves, and our space at the Enrichment Center this year.
This community agreement will add so much color to our space and will be a beautiful reminder of who we are in Nitzanim v’Anafim. What a great way to start a year of caring for each other and creating together!
