This week in 5th/6th grade Alonim (“Oak Trees”), we took time to appreciate our accomplishments.
We shared our projects with each other, noticing details and making connections with our own projects.
We took time to read other children’s work.
We listened carefully, asked questions, and out things we hadn’t known about each other.
Then we took a few minutes to connect things we’d learned with what we already knew, notice what new ideas and facts this theme taught us, and what we still want to know.
Lastly, we did some personal reflection on this theme. What are we proud of about our work? What do we want to do differently next time?
Kol hakavod, Alonim. You worked hard on your projects and shared so many ideas with each other and with your families!
